Our Responsibilities

OUR COMMITMENT

At Norty, you can trust that when we do things, we always do them right. We know you’re looking for high-quality, high-performance products delivered with integrity. We care about our people and our products, and we are on a journey to bring you a range of clothing that isn’t just fashionable, but that’s better for the world, from worker to wearer.

Compliance

We only use factories that are WRAP, BSCI or SEDEX certified. This enables us to monitor every step of the entire manufacturing process, from yarn to garment. It is more important than ever for us to ensure that we, and our global partners, share a commitment to fair and safe working practices and this applies throughout our global supply chain where we demand stringent monitoring of all our suppliers.

SUSTAINABLE SPOTLIGHT

It’s more important than ever for us to ensure that we, and our global partners, share a commitment to minimising the environmental impact of the styles you wear and love.

In order to do this our production facilities have introduced a number of innovative processes and procedures throughout the production cycle. Some of these include reducing water usage, eliminating single-use plastics, recycling and delivery initiatives, using solar panels, introducing a biomass system, and much more.

Responsible employer

As a responsible employer, we are dedicated to fostering equality and adhering to practices that are devoid of unfair and unlawful discrimination. Upholding workers’ rights and conducting ourselves with ethical integrity in all interactions are paramount to us. We rigorously implement systems and controls to prevent modern slavery in both our own business operations and throughout our supply chain network. At Norty we remain committed to inspire positive change through our garments, partners and business operations.

As a symbol of our commitment to responsible business practices, we are also an accredited Living Wage Employer. This means that every member of staff working for Norty will earn a real Living Wage. Over 9000 organisations, including Norty, voluntarily choose to pay the real Living Wage because we believe a hard day’s work, deserves a fair days pay.
