I am a printer/embroiderer and would like to purchase your products, who should I contact?
You are able to purchase our products through one of our distributors. If you need help finding one, please reach out to use by clicking here and submitting the form
How do I know what size(s) to order?
Each of our garments has a size guide showing a few important measurements. Our how to measure guides ensure you order the garments with a fit just right for you. To access our size guides, visit our individual brands websites or sign in to your account and you will see product specific size guides on each product page. Alternatively you can sign into the Hub and download size guides there for all our products.
Am I too late to create an order or make a change to an existing order?
As we only manufacture the garments and we are not the garment decorators, we are unable to provide information relating to orders or deadlines. Please contact the organisation you are purchasing the garments from.
I have a query on an order/garment I purchased
Please contact the printer/embroiderer/distributor you purchased the garment(s) from. They will be able to assist you with any questions/queries you might have.
I'm not sure which colour to pick
We have a huge variety of colours available and you can view all their Pantone, C/M/Y/K and Hexidecimal references on our colour charts in The Hub. If you want a true representation of what a colour looks like we would always recommend looking at a colour swatch in person. Contact your garment decorator who will be able to source a swatch card.
