Norty Ltd & Henbury Ltd Merger

Norty Ltd, the holding company for AWDis, Pro RTX & Anthem and Henbury Ltd, the holding company for Henbury Brands, are delighted to announce the merger of the two companies.

Jawad Jumani, Managing Director of Norty Ltd and Katie Stewart, Managing Director of Henbury Ltd have issued a joint statement “we are thrilled to be announcing the merger of these two highly successful companies. This gives the brands the opportunity to combine resources and move forward into a bright future together”.

The merger will take place at the end of May and both companies will be working together to ensure there is a smooth transition. The Henbury Brands will be added to the Norty stable of brands and will be traded under Norty Ltd.
