Norty Announces Landmark Office Investment in Livingston

Livingston, Scotland – Norty Ltd is proud to announce the addition of a significant new office space at Spindle House, Almondvale Business Park, Livingston, EH54 6GA. This marks a major milestone in the company’s continued growth, following the 2025 merger with Henbury brands.

The 20,000 sq ft building will become the new home for Norty’s expanding Northern team. This creates a dynamic and inspiring workplace designed to bring people together, spark creativity and power the next chapter of the business.

With capacity for up to 140 team members, the investment reflects Norty’s long-term commitment to Scotland, its people, and its future.

The Category B refurbishment, delivered by Anchorpoint Interiors Ltd, represents a major investment into creating a modern, flexible and future-ready environment.

Grand opening

The new facilities were officially inaugurated on the 10th of April at a well-attended opening event, bringing together employees alongside their friends and families. The occasion included an address and ribbon cutting by Abbas Jumani, a number of team-building activities and catering from food trucks, fostering a strong sense of community, further reflected in the presence of staff members’ young families.
